Fun Science West Lancs

At Fun Science West Lancs, we provide science assemblies, spectacular science shows, workshops, and after school science clubs, as well as slime stalls, rocket launches and explosions for school fayres etc. We can travel to most of North West England.

Our aim is to foster within children a life long passion for learning and a desire to find things out for themselves through access to high tech science equipment in a safe environment.

All of our activities are fully risk assessed, including regularly reviewed assesment of COVID-19 transmission risks. Our staff hold enhanced DBS checks,  and are covered by our public liability insurance.

With a huge array of activities, lesson plans and equipment to call on, we can devise an experience bespoke to your circumstances and objectives.

Our most popular activities are:

SCIENCE EXTRAVAGANZA DAYS - Assembly-style show for full school followed by hands-on workshops with individual classes and lunchtime rocket launch and coke and mentos explosions.

To inspire kids with the wonder of science with activities they will remember!

To bring science into the classroom with a mix of exciting demonstrations and fun hands-on activites for the students to get stuck into. Pupils will learn scientific skills, techniques, and methods of thinking in a way that supports and expands upon the cirriculum. We can cover specific elements of the curriculum at your request too.
