The Royal Veterinary College Animal Academy

The Royal Veterinary College

RVC’s Animal Academy supports young people from under-represented backgrounds to reach their goals of studying and working in animal science. By signing up to be a member, you’ll have access to exclusive help, advice and monthly events about animal careers, going to university, and of course learning from our RVC animal experts!

Animal Academy is a Widening Participation programme – a national strategy to eliminate the gaps between the most and least represented groups at university, and ensure everyone has equal access to higher education.

To join the Animal Academy you must be 13 years old or more, and attend a state school (not independent/private school) in the UK. You will also need to meet some of our other criteria, e.g. being the first in your family to go to university, being eligible for Free School Meals, or lots more – click on Sign Up Here to see if Animal Academy is right for you!
