Future Morph

Future Morph was a careers website, provided by the Science Council, designed to provide information for young people, their parents and teachers about the jobs available from studying science and maths. It aimed to show young people that studying science and maths post-16 could provide them with the skills and knowledge valuable in almost any career, making them very employable. These teaching resources were produced to help teachers to use the world of work as a context for their teaching and to help raise careers awareness in the classroom. The resources include video case studies, activity sheets, assembly presentations and examples of jobs linked to curriculum topics, all designed to help students see the relevance of science to their future.

Although the website was created in 2008 and the resources date from this time, many are still relevant and useful today.

More details about the current activity of the Science Council can be found on their website, which includes the professional registration award for educators, Chartered Science Teacher (CSciTeach).
