A report from the Leading Space Education Programme

This publication is a report from the Leading Space Education Programme (LSEP). This is a Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) funded project that has worked with 30 schools in England with the aim of enhancing science, technology, engineering and mathematics education in secondary schools and using space to: excite; inspire; involve learners; raise aspirations and motivation; and raise awareness of the British space industry. The aim of this publication is to promote space as a context for learning at both primary and secondary level by showcasing the work of the Leading Space Education Programme (LSEP) schools in a variety of contexts and curriculum areas. It is written from a selection of the case studies and resources provided by the schools after the third and fourth years of the programme.
