This specialist and support module must be attended by all consultants (whether Advisor, Workgroup leader or School-Level Support Consultant) who would like to work on Cohort 3 of the Computing Cluster Programme.

Outcomes
By the end of the session participants will be able to

understand the computing cluster model including the different roles involved

use the Computing Quality Framework as a basis for action planning and to evaluate progress over time.

understand how to build a team of PDLs, specialized in appropriate roles, themes and subject topics, to optimally support a CC

understand how to record, monitor and intervene in a computing cluster action plan including utilising the wider offer.

understand how to evaluate and report back on computing clusters impact, including supporting schools to report / generate case studies

Participants from outside the UK will be charged the course fee and an additional £120 per day plus VAT.
Additional information
