Summary

This specialist and support module must be attended by all consultants (whether Advisor, Workgroup leader or School-Level Support Consultant) who would like to work on Cohort 3 of the Computing Cluster Programme. 

Who is the course leader?

Outcomes

By the end of the session participants will be able to

  • understand the computing cluster model including the different roles involved 

  • use the Computing Quality Framework as a basis for action planning and to evaluate progress over time.

  • understand how to build a team of PDLs, specialized in appropriate roles, themes and subject topics, to optimally support a CC

  • understand how to record, monitor and intervene in a computing cluster action plan including utilising the wider offer.

  • understand how to evaluate and report back on computing clusters impact, including supporting schools to report / generate case studies
