Summary

When you are starting to teach GCSE chemistry, it can be tricky to see the key themes through the qualification and how best to build student understanding to meet all the demands of the summer exams. Sometimes you learn what you should have done after you already completed the year! With help from an experienced subject specialist, this course will take you through these themes and discuss ways of structuring and practising the concepts and understanding to develop student confidence and competence in your first delivery of the GCSE.
