Summary

When teaching secondary science, we know it can be difficult to ensure all students have access to the curriculum and have an appropriate level of challenge. 

This course comprehensively reviews a range of SEND needs and approaches to support those students to promote their learning and progression. You'll consider what makes science difficult for SEND students and how effective use of practical work and a range of learning activities can provide better access.
