A short training session for the computing hub leads, to build confidence and capability when managing the performance of Professional Development Leaders of NCCE CPD. 

Outcomes

This session is intended to:

  • Build hub capacity to assure CPD quality underpinned by the NCCE Professional Development Leader standard
  • Improve feedback and support for Professional Development Leaders, including mentoring approaches
  • Provide guidance and access support for Professional Development Leaders who have not demonstrated meeting the required standard
  • Understand how Professional Development Leaders and hubs can work together to offer high-quality CPD
