Summary

Teaching different subject areas using technology can be engaging and rewarding for children. Using multimedia technology to record learning can be an engaging alternative to writing. As well as developing learning of subject knowledge in the different STEM subjects, use of multimedia can also help support the building and application of digital skills. 

There is a vast amount of multimedia tools available for teachers to use to support children in creating a range of digital products including video, audio and written content. This course will support you in learning what is available and how to use it in the classroom both to create your own teaching resources and with pupils. It will enable you feel confident using multimedia to support learning and encourage alternative recording methods across the STEM subjects.
