Summary

Practical work is a crucial and motivating aspect of learning science in a secondary setting - but we know money, staffing, safety and resource challenges can make carrying out practicals extremely challenging.

In this course, you'll explore different ways of planning and delivering practical work. You'll learn everything you need to know about safety and come away with lots of ideas to reduce the costs, mess and equipment needed for practicals in biology, chemistry and physics.

This course may support you with Science Benchmark 4 - Purposeful practical science
