Smooth, scaly and successful: the snake

This series of books on animals and animal behaviour is produced in collaboration with the makers of the award-winning television programme "Survival". It aims to introduce children to the animal kingdom, and is suitable for use in schools and childrens' libraries.

This book covers the natural history of the snake. The author has been involved with "Survival" for over nine years, and presents the children's television series "Animals in Action". He has written several other children's books.
