Core Maths: the student experience
Two sixth form students speak about the positive experiences they have had studying Core Maths.
They highlight the usefulness of the content of the course in their current studies, helping their understanding of Economics, Forensic Science, Health and Social Care, Physics and Computer Studies. They highlight the importance of Core Maths as a preparation for achieving their career ambitions and in preparing for adult life.
Neither student sees themselves as mathematicians, but they are aware of the importance and benefits of continuing to study mathematics, recommending that everyone should consider studying Core Maths.
