Women in Engineering
Students will have the opportunity to work with senior female staff from within the business to explore their roles and career paths. Through the day they will look at how their own skills can be applied and developed to engineering careers and the opportunities that this will present. Tour of our state-of-the-art facilities included.
This event will challenge and change perceptions of the role of women in engineering and encourage young women to consider engineering and manufacturing professions and their progression routes.
