Act 1

A video is shown of a pyramid being made from pennies. How many pennies does it take to make the pyramid?

Act 2

Further information is given on the pyramid; there are 13 pennies in a stack, the base layer is 40 by 40, and the dimensions of a penny. There is also a formula for calculating how many stacked spheres are in a pyramid with a square base.

Act 3
