This second, metric, edition of a standard textbook has been condensed and revised in the light of classroom experience. The text has been extensively re-written, and includes many new illustrations. This book covers all aspects of metalwork from basic facts about iron, steel and non-ferrous metals to handworking of metals and engineering metalwork.
