Introducing microelectronics

Introducing Microelectonics has been written to accompany an easy-to-use, versatile circuit board called INTRO, designed by the author. Students are introduced to both the princples and the applications of microelectronics via a series of investigations, each of which builds on work done previously so that understanding is achieved gradually and firmly. Both book and board are suitable for 3rd-year secondary level and above. They are ideal for microelectronics awareness component of 3rd-year physics courses, and for microelectronics sections of examinations at 16+.
