Summary
This CPD opportunity will enable teachers to improve their own science subject knowledge. You will explore the big ideas in science and practical activities to engage and inspire your pupils.
This course will improve your subject knowledge and develop your ability to plan and deliver high quality science lessons. You will improve your confidence to teach science subject knowledge content and will be able to effectively identify and address children’s misconceptions.
Outcomes
You will be able to:
- gain confidence in your subject knowledge and understanding
- identify and challenge misconceptions
- plan a meaningful curriculum which supports progression and deepens understanding
