Summary
Within schools there are likely to be students for whom appropriate outcomes at the end of Key Stage 4 in science are in the range of grades 1 to 3. This course is designed to address needs, provision and practice for these students. The course will enable participants to explore the context and constraints which apply to students expected to attain grades 1 to 3 in GCSE science and develop an approach to teaching that will secure good progress and appropriate outcomes.
