Summary

To develop the independence of children thinking and communicating as real scientists is essential to deepen their scientific understanding. You will be able to facilitate and create rich, effective and exciting strategies that provide opportunities that embed and extend scientific skills

Outcomes

You will be able to:

  • demonstrate a clear understanding of how to structure and facilitate pupil led investigations
  • evaluate and implement numerous strategies that will engage children in their own learning
  • embed different strategies to support the ability of children to communicate scientific ideas and challenge ideas as true scientists
