Summary
SEND learners, those who are operating well below the norms expected during early adolescence, view the world in unique ways. This course will offer insights into how SEND learners make sense of the world and offer practical suggestions for activities that can be used to support their needs within the science classroom.
Day 1 and 3 of this course will include live teaching that will be used to exemplify the key features of how to support SEND learners. Day 2 will be delivered remotely, with dates arranged between the presenter and participants during day 1.
