Summary

You will gain support, as a teacher or manager of Digital T-Levels, to plan both the CPD, physical equipment and software requirements for the course. You will gain understanding of the grading principals of the Digital T-Level. 

You will explore and identify best methods to best teach and prepare the Employee Set Projects (ESP) and Occupational Specialism. With a focus on how to prepare the students to achieve their very best performance. 

You will learn about what makes a placement suitable for the digital students, and how best to allocate time within the course, and how best to manage the placements, to meet the needs of both students, your establishment, and how to build good long-lasting relationships with your placement host.

This course is designed to provide understanding of the Digital T-Levels to teachers, managers, and administrators who are new to the Digital T-Level and those who want to enhance their development of the course, and gain an understanding and skills required involved in teaching the Digital T-Level

Exploration of the subject knowledge, software and hardware required to teach the Digital T-Level 

Strategic planning for the course and how best to teach the two year Digital T-Level 

A detailed explanation and where best to locate placements for the Digital T-Level. 

An overview of the practical examinations (ESP, and Occupational Specialism) and how best to deliver those examinations as an institution and practical teaching help with the development of students’ skills to maximise their grades.
