Summary
Are you starting out teaching A level physics just in year 12? Even for teachers with a physics background it can be daunting to deliver for the first time. This course will support you with effective teaching and learning at year 12 A level in physics. Common student misconceptions, the key substantive knowledge as well as practical techniques will be investigated, with ample hands-on practice to hone your approach to student learning.
This course will also help teachers new to A level to lead and support outstanding practical physics, linking it to effective pedagogy within the subject.
