Primary science provides the perfect opportunity to embed climate change and sustainability education and develop future global citizens who are equipped to make informed decisions and contribute to a more sustainable world.

Explore how you can use the primary science curriculum as a means to embed climate change and suitability education in a progressive manner. Not only does it provide a means to tackle climate change anxiety but also ensure a greater understanding of the issues and a greater connection with nature.

Discover the benefits to providing purposeful practical activities grounded in real-world contexts, in which children engage with scientific concepts while developing critical thinking skills.  You will also learn about the science behind climate change, the strategies that are being employed to tackle the problem and explore creative ways to integrate this topic into the primary science curriculum.
