Summary

We know that if you're teaching GCSE chemistry, you want to focus your time and energy on the most effective teaching strategies to ensure you are getting the very best outcomes for your students. 

This course will focus on these areas of biology that will most impact students by investigating subject specific language, common misconceptions and mistakes they make. You will also discuss coherent curriculum sequencing, key themes to develop, effective practical work and teaching approaches.

You'll work with highly experienced subject experts to develop your understanding and challenge your thinking in a supportive atmosphere.
