Foundation On-line T Level course information
The ETF offer is intended to support the needs of staff in those organisations soon to be delivering T Levels. The offer includes five strands that will support teachers and a range of other roles, as well as creating the conditions for middle tier leaders to increase understanding of the qualifications across the workforce and lead effective change management.

Gatsby Charitable Foundation Embedding the Good Career Guidance Benchmarks in Schools and Colleges
Changes in technology and in the labour market mean that increasing numbers of jobs require specific education and training, yet career guidance in English schools has often been criticised for being inadequate and patchy.
Gatsby are working with partners to support schools and colleges to implement the benchmarks and improve career advice and guidance for all young people.
Teach Too Framework Informing employer/provider partnerships
Teach Too, an ETF funded programme aims to drive excellence in technical and vocational education and training through collaborative arrangements.
The emphasis is on a two-way street - a genuine collaboration between FE sector providers and employers, encouraging people from industry to spend some time teaching their work. This will give employers a direct involvement in designing, planning and developing vocational programmes.
2014 professional standards for teachers and trainers in England
The professional standards define the professional requirements of teachers, trainers and tutors of post 16 learners, and underpin good teaching practice in the sector. This includes describing the skills, knowledge, values and attributes of those individuals.
These standards:
- set out clear expectations of effective practice in education and training enable teachers and trainers to identify areas for their own professional development
- support initial teacher education
- provide a national reference point that organisations can use to support the development of their staff.
