Reporting Accidents
This resource, produced by the Learning and Skills Improvement Service, helps students to understand how and why incidents must be reported. Not just to apportion blame, but to allow analysis of their causes. This prompts action to help prevent further accidents in the future. The materials ask students to use a real-life scenario (provided as a newspaper report) as the basis for an accident report and reinforce the idea of personal responsibility.
