Bringing Science to Life with ICT
Produced by Becta, these case studies illustrate how information communication technology (ICT) can be used to enhance teaching and learning in science. This case study looks at how two schools enabled students to observe reactions too hazardous to perform in the classroom. One activity was a video and animation of combining iron and sulfur to produce iron sulfide. The other used an interactive heart piece of software to allow students to explore heart function.
