Zone 10: Water is Life
This Crystal exhibition resource from Siemens focuses on the importance of water as a precious and finite resource. It explores solutions that increase access to drinkable water including rainwater harvesting, waste water recycling, desalination, stopping leaks, reducing water use and water management. Water is Money is a numeracy-oriented project in which students have to explore making savings in water usage and quantify economies for householders as well as applying the concept of sustainability.
