MRI Experience

This activity gives pupils the opportunity to explore MRI imaging, developing their understanding of what it does, why it is useful and what it is like to have a scan. The resources also wants to support pupils to develop a positive disposition about MRI imaging. The activities include pupils being able to make their own cardboard cut-out version of an MRI machine and a video to show pupils what having an MRI is like. These resources can be adapted for use across the primary stage.
