Compare Bears Maths - Book 2

This resource, written by Barbara Hewett, is designed for use with the Compare Bears and is compatible with any infant mathematics scheme for children in Year One or Year Two, it has a full range of mathematical activities covering: *vertical and horizontal addition and subtraction *division and multiplication in equal sets *odd and even numbers *games for place value *sorting grids and trees *halves and quarters *investigations and problems *time and money *left and right orientation *probability The majority of worksheets cover numbers up to 20 and the topics can be used in any order. They will reinforce areas in the schools mathematics scheme, particularly for children who need further practice in basic number work.
