Having worked for many years as a science teacher in secondary schools, with physics as my speciality my career moved into coaching teachers of physics. After 8 years of coaching and mentoring I'm now the National Senior Coach Lead working on the Stimulating Physics Network project with STEM Learning Ltd. I enjoy supporting coaches and mentors in their coaching and developing and delivering bespoke CPD to both early career teachers and more experienced teachers looking at improving their physics subject knowledge and pedagogy.

I specialise in 'coaching coaches.' In this I support existing physics coaches in developing their coaching skills further.

I have an absolute passion for helping people overcome the barriers they see in physics being 'for them.'
