Paula joined STEM Learning in 2010 as a Project Co-ordinator Leading on reporting across the National CPD Programme, using PRINCE2 methodologies, before moving to cross-programme reporting across the wider business. Having developed a wealth of educational data knowledge, Paula firmly believes in the value of combining both internal and external data to deliver powerful insights and reproducible evaluation and business intelligence analytics, to steer the forward view of the STEM CPD landscape.
