My name is Steve Ireland and I am an Assistant Principal and Curriculum Advisor of Computer Science for a large Multi Academy Trust in the South East of the UK. Having held numerous positions within selective and non-selective schools, I have extensive experience in raising standards and improving outcomes across key stages three, four and five - including the IB curriculum (PYP,MYP DP and CP).

I believe that all students should have access to an exciting education which is both knowledge rich and engaging. Through my work with the National Centre of Computing (NCCE) I have worked with a range of primary and secondary subject leaders to develop their curriculum. Through effective professional development and coaching I have supported teachers and subject leaders develop their confidence and subject knowledge so they can deliver an exciting curriculum.
