SYCD: Can We; Should We?

These resources from the third in the series of Science Year CD ROMs, Can we; Should we?, focus on the themes of biology and the environment. The wide-ranging materials include: • Major resources - the main themed activities • Everywhere - science through cross-curricular and whole-school activities • Explore - a variety of games and quizzes, including popular 'Fun-size' activities • Engage - reaching outside of the classroom, including interviews with individuals in science-based careers Please note that this collection of resources was first published in 2001. Ideas about the teaching of science explanations can change over time, and older resources may require repurposing for use in today's classroom. Teachers may wish to share suggestions of any adaptations they make to resources by leaving a short comment for colleagues.
