A Leaf in Time - a Popular Introduction to Photosynthesis

This ebook aimed at upper primary, will also be of interest and value to older pupils. Using photosynthesis as a link it looks at a range of topics including: the diversity of plants, plant and animal cells, respiration and photosynthesis, climate change, greenhouse effect, and energy conservation.

Written by David Alan Walker, Emeritus Professor of Photosynthesis at the University of Sheffield, it aims to describe a fundamental bit of science in a way that will be both interesting and readily understood by both children and grown-ups.
