Nuffield Co-ordinated Sciences: Biology

The Nuffield Co-ordinated Sciences Biology course aimed to introduce the biological principles which would help students to explain many of the phenomena they will observe in the natural world. It was also designed to help students towards a greater understanding of the functioning of their own bodies and their behaviour. An overarching aim was to encourage a responsible attitude towards all organisms and the environment in which they live.
