Using memory: working applications of microelectronics for all - resource book for the memory, music, and movement modules

Designed to introduce microelectronics and information technology to young people, these support materials comprise a series of publications, software for use on microcomputers and a range of hardware. This resource booklet which is part of the series on using memory covers memory, music and movement modules which include the microwave oven, the central heating system, traffic management, making music and making movement.

All the work is presented in the context of realistic problems, and students are encouraged to develop a systematic approach to problem-solving using microelectronics technology. Students are recommended to record their data and observations in a workbook constructed from photocopiable worksheets which are contained in the teacher's manual.
