New Maths Technology - Managing Change
This is a Teachers’ TV programme from the series KS3/4 Maths. In this episode, the second episode of two, the mathematics department at Tanbridge House School in Horsham embark upon a project to improve their teaching and make mathematics more stimulating by making better use of ICT in the classroom.
Teachers learned how to use an interactive number line, a data plotting range-finder, dynamic geometry software and the latest graphical calculators before using them with students. This programme follows how the teachers in this mathematics department managed the change in their approach to some of their teaching.
