Puzzle Cards

A set of thirty puzzle cards for Key Stage Two students aged eight and nine, produced at Manchester Polytechnic and written by Gillian Hatch. [b]Contents include:[/b] Number squares using addition tables, rectangle puzzles on a number grid, a number of puzzles using number machines and flow diagrams, investigations using money, number balancing problems and finding number patterns from diagrams. Investigating symmetry using mirror patterns, growing tetrominoes, patterns from triangles, patterns from squares, dice problems and knights on a hundred square.
