Uglies on Your Doorstep
There are eighteen species of bat in the UK, half of which are endangered or threatened. This short video looks at the features of bats and how they use echolocation to sense their surroundings. It looks at bat boxes and how they can provide a home for bats. Instructions are provided on how to make a bat box as a possible design and technology project.
