Year 5 - stage 9
This resource supports the design technology and maths curriculum by allowing Year 5 pupils to make a food product by preparing vegetables correctly and focussing on working within a budget to maximise profits. Pupils will work as part of their business group to use the vegetables they have previously grown, alongside other ingredients they have budgeted for, to follow their recipes and make their final food products. This practical session is ninth in a ten session long STEM project provided by NFU Education.
