This teacher guidance contains a range of information including prior student knowledge, suggested approaches and possible extension activities.

This student handout introduces and explains the task and also includes additional information on hotel occupancy levels, hotel staff salaries, recommendations for staff levels, fixed costs and tax rates.

This smaller handout contains instructions for students on how to organise and complete the task.
