Division

The 'Maths builder' series is a set of five books covering addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and decimals and fractions. The books have been designed to appeal to students aged 9-13 years who are struggling with mathematics.

This book covers division. Why do bees hum? This conundrum and many other puzzles, riddles and games can be solved by completing the self-correcting worksheets in the book. The child knows immediately whether the sheet has been completed correctly.

The 30 photocopiable sheets in each book use relevant themes to catch the students interest and hold their concentration. They do not appear childish so can be used from upper primary right up into FE colleges. Teacher's notes give answers to all the sums and riddles.
