Active science 3

'Active science 3' comprises a students' book, a set of copymaster worksheets for the use of the student, a teacher's guide, an assessment activities pack (A), which provides a range of activities that fit naturally into the teaching scheme used (in the form of photocopiable masters) and an assessment activities handbook, which offers guidance to teachers on the use of pack A and which fits into other areas of the curriculum.

This set of publications completes the "Active science" set of materials for key stage 3 students. This students' book covers a range of areas of interest such as the earth and its properties, survival, reaction and control, the environment, human bodies and space.

The information in this book is designed to be reinforced by the use of the copymaster worksheets and guided activities derived from the teacher's guide, the assessment activities pack A and the assessment activities handbook A.
