Teaching Children Mathematics is an official journal of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics. It is a forum for the exchange of ideas and a source of activities and pedagogical strategies for primary mathematics education. It presents new developments in curriculum, instruction, learning and teacher education; interprets the results of research; and in general provides information on any aspect of the broad spectrum of primary mathematics education.
