Wellcome science

This journal is one of over 25,000 physical resources available from the Resources Collection. The Archive Collection covers over 50 years of curriculum development in the STEM subjects. The Contemporary Collection includes the latest publications from UK educational publishers.

As a journal from the Wellcome Trust, Wellcome Science aims to communicate some of the exciting discoveries made by researchers that the Wellcome Trust fund. It also provides a broader context, focusing on questions such as 'What are the key scientific issues of the day?', 'How is science changing our views of life?', 'What are the medical consequences of advances in knowledge?'. It aims to provide an accessible introduction to these issues. It also aims to be read by a wide audience spanning science professionals and those with a natural curiosity. It publishes a range of articles such as topical updates, news analysis, second thoughts, frontiers, features and back pages. Wellcome Science is published triannually.
