Craft, design and technology: past, present and future

In a little over a decade, Craft, Design and Technology has become one of the most expansive and expensive subjects in the secondary curriculum. This hard-hitting, sometimes irreverent critique - a challenging polemic for CDT values - examines, within an historical context, the pressures for change and assesses the prospects for future development.
