Teaching science at key stages 1 and 2

This book is based on three projects funded by NCC and carried out during 1990 and 1991, which researched aspects of National Curriculum science.  The aims of the research groups were to identify good practice in implementing the National Curriculum, to prepare guidance for teachers and to review progression in the programmes of study and attainment targets.  There aims have been achieved and this publication considers the findings of the projects and their implications for teaching science.
