Learning and teaching number and algebra: final unit (drawing to a conclusion)

Part of The Open University course Learning and Teaching Mathematics (Education/Mathematics: a second-level course)

The purpose of this final unit is to draw together various themes which have been running through the course and to explore a number of ways of unifying related ideas. It also takes another look at learners in their scoial settings and consider personal and social differences which impinge on the learning of mathematics.
