Revision Resources

This set of resource, from the Association for Science Education (ASE) provide examples of revision activities.The resources are provided as both PDF and Word file format, so teachers may amend them for different classes and topics.

*Pick a number - students choose numbers from a grid to answer quiz questions on a wide range of topics.

*Required resources- copies of the numbers grid and questions sheet. Text books to find unknown answers.

*Cells - students generate answers to a crossword quiz. Resources required: copies of the crossword grid sheet. Text books to find unknown answers.

*Wheel of revision - graded questions focusing on Forces in a 'spin the bottle' style game. Resources required: copies of the wheel printed onto card. A card pointer attached to the centre of the wheel with a butterfly clip, so that it spins freely. Copies of the questions on coloured card that matches the wheel. Use a different colour of card for each grade of question. Copies of the student instruction sheet.
